Since 2007, the technicians of West Coast Computer Works have provided both remote and on-site service to the residence of the San Gabriel Valley. With the new achievements in technology, remote support has become a secure and reliable solution allowing us to provide fast and effective computer assistance without the time and expense required for an on-site visit.

As long as theend-user's computer is online, our technicians can often resolve issues quickly via our remote console. Clients can choose whether to use a temporary remote control, or to allow the Computer Works staff to have long term to access to their PC. For one time remote service, our support connection tools uninstall themselves after the service is complete. 

We understand that allowing an unknown technician to access your computer can be unsettling. Please be aware that every Computer Works technician has undergone an extensive background check prior to their employment and we enforce a zero tolerance policy regarding past offenses of any type. Each technician holds information technology certifications in each area of service and brings years of experience to our team.
